Return and Refund Policy

All Torath poster and artwork sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other customer preference reasons.

Please review the product description, dimensions, and images carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at info@torath.us within 2 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

After reviewing the claim, Torath may provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution at no additional cost to the customer.

Shipping Issues

Torath is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
